We really appreciate your support in purchasing our products and will make every effort to ensure your happiness in dealing with our company. If you have any issues at all we will try our best to solve them as soon as we possibly can.
Shipping
ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00 WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We currently offer USPS Ground shipping.
We also offer expedited shipping "2nd Day" & "Next Day Air" shipping for an additional fee.
All orders ship Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays within United States). Please allow for 1-2 business days for orders to be fulfilled, including expedited orders. We try to ship all orders out the same day but that is not a guarantee.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number within the email to view the status of your package.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 21 days from time of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Basically in the same condition that you received it. We request it must also be in the Original Packaging with Original Tags.
Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Holiday Policy
All refunds on Holiday orders placed after November 15th will have until January 15, 2020. Happy Holidays
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return of Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at any time.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please first check to make sure that item is in stock on our website and then send us an email at info@sleepaholik.com
Gifts
If the in item question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
